This just shows how much of a clown Berhalter is. I've been calling for Tim to be a part of the team for quite a while now. Suddenly Berhalter agrees? If Tim Ream is so good (and he has been excellent) why hasn't he been in the USMNT this whole time during qualifying? Apparently it takes one of the best coaches in the world commenting on something to get his attention.

It's too bad berhalter only now realizes what a great player he is after being forced to call him up. He could have worked with him in multiple camps.
When you have such a young team, how do you not call in Tim Ream into camp earlier? Allowing him to build chemistry with the squad & learning the system while also seeing what CB’s can play together. Berhalter is a bit late with this move but better late then never. Bottom line is he picked him, now he adds some experience and leadership. Good thing Pep said something 😝
