So according to latest report from transfer experts Fabrizio and David Ornstein Chelsea have submitted formal bid to Southampton for Roméo Lavia worth £48m fee on Wednesday night. Southampton’s current valuation for Lavia is £50 million. Chelsea’s latest offer is the closest bid made so far to the Saints’ asking price if Lavia were to depart.
