I would go for both Fresneda and Cancelo since we have ZERO right back options right now! Even if that means no Bernardo Silva. If Balde gets injured, I really don't want to see Alonso there. Cancelo can play on both wings. He would be a good cover for Balde, with either Fresneda or Kounde operating on the right side while Balde is fit again.
I really wish Dembele pulled this stunt before Messi signed for Inter Miami

Cancelo is a terrific player who can not only play as right/left back, he can also read the game perfectly and is an excellent playmaker.
However, I'm not entirely sure if he is going to create any problems in the dressing room, which i think was the case in both Manchester and Munich. To be honest, I would not want him at Barca if that proved to be true.

Priority list for Barca should be Cancelo for a major role. Fresneda to replace Dest and Sergi, While Joao covers left back as Fresenda develops.
Roque and Cancelo/Fresneda should be top priority. I would rather not getting Bernardo this season, but instead giving more minutes to Yamal. That kid has sth special about him.
