Chelsea News today see’s Chelsea lose out on Manu Ugarte to PSG. Chelsea had agreed a deal with Sporting Lisbon but PSG have offered Ugarte €10m per year compared to Chelsea offering Ugarte €3.5m per year. Chelsea withdraw their interest in Ugarte with Ugarte now set to join PSG for the 23/24 season!
