      Building a project doesn't go from 0 to 100.. Only clubs like PSG, City, and Chelsea can take such risks. They can basically do a rebuild in one season and it won't have a big effect cause they can afford to keep replacing. If you are clearing 8-11, players you could bring in 6-8 joining an already elite base. Pep did this at City inheriting players like De Bruyne, Sterling, Aguero, Silva, Fernadinho etc, and won the league in the 2nd season.
