Here’s a very basic and super effective abs/6pack workout for all kind of levels that you can perform it at home or anywhere you go because does not require any gym equipment at all. To get the best results out of it all you need is consistency and commitment. Takes less then 3 weeks to show up the results if you push it hard to the limits every day.   1. But has anyone gotten a full 6 pack including side obliques from this workout cause honestly it feels too easy to continue everyday

  2. So… does this actually work? I can only work out about four-five times a week, and – due to a very minor heart condition- I can't do too much too fast. I am not overweight but I am not that skinny either. So I am not looking for surreal results, but will I have some definition in a couple of weeks?

  3. All right, let's do this. Day one yesterday was a mess, I almost didn't make it all the way, but I think the most difficult part starts today, as I now have to do this exercise every days.
