Quick and easy back workout circuit that you can perform them at home or anywhere you go without any gym equipment at all.

2. Back extension (towel)
3. Back hyperextension
4. Pulse rows
5. Supermans
6. Back widow

Repeat 3-4 times the whole circuit
30sec in / 15sec out

    It's not even 10 days i have been doing this exercise & already my lats are fckin visible , i always had perfect body – chest , abs & biceps by home workout but always wanted V-shaped body & man this back workout already gave me amazing results my back has become V-shaped already , thankk youu soo muchh 🖤
