He is so average. Half hearted into tackles and aerial duels. Sloppy with his passing and awful in front of goal. You can't watch this and honestly think there is a quality player in there
It's going to be very simple to judge Kai imo; if he brings the stats, he's a success, if he doesn't, he's a flop. His overall game isn't that good but he has key attributes that can help him excel

Like what i'm seeing. I see shades of a player I loved Kanu. Kanu could hold the ball up well and you could play off him. Kai gives us that and he's a better all round finisher and he's very intelligent in his play and fowls

I think we can see him getting more used to his role every game. He was tracking back much better this game, although his tackling was quite poor I'm glad to see him putting the effort in.
Been watching him closely for the past few games. Man has an elite talent of ghosting into the box unnoticed.
I love his pressing in this match. Also has the ability to ghost into the box and a very good instinct for where the ball will go. He is very fast too for his height and can thread the needle. The only issues I see revolve around him and team mates understanding where to be when he has the ball and where he wants to receive it.
That late run into the box on the end of a Saka cross will be a trademark move this season. Watch and see.

Havertz will be a great squad player, he doesn’t need to play all 60 games, as he will rotate with Smith Rowe, Vieria, Partey, Odegaard, Rice, Jorginho, Trossard, Zinchenko. We have so many options now. With rotation and competition we have Arteta will bring the best out of him. At 23 he still has his best years ahead. Granted he still has to show us his he can preform consistently at a high level, but he definitely has the potential to do so. Let’s judge him at Christmas.
He needs to prove he can impact the game when Arsenal are up against it. Thats when he'll have to show character. He looks distinctly average so far. No way is he worth 65 mil

Saw the game, and for some reason I think I saw the vision with Kai.. it’s just a matter of time, when saka odegaard Ben white will have this connection and understanding with Kai, of timing of passes, crosses ect’.. kai will just position him self in the far corner, or just in the centre , score a sitter or a header..
he's like xhaka first season at arsenal he cant tackle without actually fouling the player, yes he can improve and i am sure he will but at the moment with him we are less stronger than we were last season thats for sure, i hope he gets up to speed soon, he needs time to settle lets give him that, meanwhile trossard is always a dilemma for me like that guy deserves to start games but who can he replace? damn its tough

He seemed way more aggressive than normal in this game, he played well.
Lots of sideways and backwards passes. Will have more impact when he gets more confident and play forward😊
