It’s interesting because the player wants to stay and the coach doesn’t necessarily need him, but the club can’t get another top midfielder (in my opinion) if they don’t manage to sell Goretzka. If this was 15 years ago, it wouldn’t be that interesting as players were keen on playing every week.
