I do not think it's going to be a good idea of signing Onana while Cillesen is on the team and in a very good form. What if Ter Stegen is injured in the nearby future, will we need an apprentice to be in the goal? We need to keep Cillesen to have a balance and stable team.
Why spend 35M euros on Onana who will be a reserve goalie when we already have a top young GK.
If Cillisen is leaving that makes sense but unless there is a deal confirmed that Cillisen is leaving I Wouldn't buy Onana what's my name until it's confirmed Cillisen is leaving. Striker is where we should be spending our money
