Nathan and Akanji are performing like they have the hunger, true professionals. What until Diaz comes back! Grealish had a good game too. Alverez and Haaland need to play together more often IMO. The Sky isn't falling, it's rising! For me the entire team looks to move forward instead of passing the ball backwards…

Pundits and journalists are as mad as hell. They all feel disappointed. For them unless City lost, it wasn't fun enough.
Grealish was really good. It's his composure and tenacity not to give the ball away that gave Ake the space to pass the ball into the back of the net

All the arsenal fans making excuses they made 6 changes we scraped it 1-0 they dominated the 1st half I don't care we won the game not playing well we've had chelsea and arsenal in the 3rd and 4th round of the fa cup but no one wants to talk about that right!!
This is our 2nd best game of the season to me. Stellar performance. And this is also down to the quality of Arsenal. What a sparring partner! If we play Arsenal everyday, we will win the champions league for sure. A lot to say on this game…
My most difficult Man City top 5 of the game: 1. Ake 2. Akanji 3. Ortega 4. Grealish 5. Rodri… 6. Haaland 7. Gundogan (sorry they played too good to be left aside🤷)
Honnestly Man City did everything well today. Apart from one thing: the crosses from Mahrez and Grealish were bad. They crossed in the right positions, but the quality of their crosses was really bad. Remember we can earn easy goals from good crosses with Haaland in the box. This is a must improve!
Guys I think Arsenal will win the premier league. In that process they might help us win the champions league. Would like to be mistaken but Arsenal is impressive.

I wouldn't say we controlled them tbh. It was that we limited their chances. This system is perfect for knock out games. We are winning the UCL this season but the Prem might just be too much

Pep's mind games worked very well. There is clearly a Man City before Tottenham 2nd half, and another Man City after this 2nd half. Players like Gundogan and Grealish are literally transformed. Grealish is now close to be worth the 100M paid. The defenders are more aggressive. Even the fans are much, much louder. This Man City is now a contender for the champions league.
I prefer when Laporte plays better forward passing
I believe Arsenal is a slightly better team at the moment. The main 2 areas where they are above City: 1. Their front press is tremendous, very difficult to get past it. They press in a 3-2-4-1 aggressive shape. 2. Team's fitness. Arsenal is fit. A little bit more than City players in my opinion, considering their workrate.
All other defenders that played against saka didn’t go close to him to attempt to take the ball but ake did that I found out he isn’t as good as people say he is he’s only good when the defender don’t commit or tackle him

None of holdings fouls were nasty? The guy elbowed haaland in the back of the head which is illegal in even MMA or any fighting sport 😂
So happy city won that , even if arsenal didn’t start all their starters it was good to see city be able to hold onto a 1-0 lead. Also I remember a couple years ago thinking the FA cup tie against Chelsea didn’t matter but it did and it kinda gave them an edge for the last two matchups of that season
