Massively concerning they are not governed by the same FFP rules and inflating the market with excessive fees and salaries.
As if they don't earn enough already ! If you get,or have been getting ,150k+ a week for the last 7 or 8 years,and you cant have a comfortable retirement,there must be something wrong .This "They only have short careers" thing is a load of rubbish ,they earn in a week what it takes the average working person 5 years to earn !
