      Dotting the i's and crossing the t's of a generic fifa transfer contract. The amounts have been agreed, the dates have been agreed and the clauses have been agreed. That's basically all they need to fill in. Stop with this Lawyers nonsense and tell it how it is, Arsenal are struggling to get the money together. These same reporters have linked us to over £150mils worth of players but also say we need the £33mil from the first payment, they're clueless and don't even realise they're contradicting themselves. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂

      I dont know what he has been drinking since breakfast time but O.M.G. he has had a lot of it the way he was stumbling & slurring his vocabulary it was like he was struggling to remember what he wanted to say .

      Not what I would call a reliable source of information buy the sound of him.

      It's sounding in the balance to be it comes across to me like
      West Ham are not 100% happy with the structure of Payments that Arsenal are putting forward It's sounding like there is a disagreement between both clubs about how much
      West Ham & Arsenal want to pay up front.

      I would say if this deal is not signed buy Declan Rice buy
      Wednesday next we personally I feel it will fall though & if
      that happens what dose that say about Arsenal.

      West Ham could have had all of 90m from city or none of 105m from arsenal. They rather foolishly chose the latter. Apparently arsenal want to pay a fiver per week.

      It's well rumored. Nothing like that. Timber and rice are both on vacation but will then join up with the team in the USA.

      I've been hearing so much nonsense in the media the pass days. I can't believe these people get paid. I have my source in the club. That tell me:

      West Ham are spinning the narrative about Arsenal not signing documents. That absolutely 🧢. West Ham want a unrealistic late fee if payments are late. And at lot more unrealistic terms the lawyers are ironing out the fine details to protect the club's interest. The deal has a deadline it will be announced before or at the start of the USA tour.
      So Arsenal fans should stop being so hyperbolic.
      Social media has turned us into stupid impatient, immature idiots.

      The Arsenal fan base has to be the most gullible fan base, biggest bedwetters you will ever find. Any Arsenal fan with half a brain would know it's a done deal and the delay(which is well documented) is because this is a complex deal (considering how West Ham negotiated the deal especially with the structure and the huge payout )and is taking time due to the paperwork from the legal side. Talk sport are discussing this as a secondary topic and yet they put this as a headline because they know there are some stupid Arsenal fans who will react to this pointless update.
