I'm not 100 on Denis tbh, liked the way he looked when 23 at Gladbach but know I worry about injuries & is there something we aren't seeing.
I hope I'm wrong & he comes in like Dawson but he definitely can be the only CM we get espe if Downes doesn't get a chance.
And with a more defence minded CDM we might do well to keep Soucek & let him make those runs

Excluding Covid (and his severe injury), he’s only missed about 5 games on average a season. That’s pretty standard for midfielders. He’s not as injury prone as Zouma or Aguerd, etc.

The only backroom staff that are happy working under Moyes are the physios, they are making a fortune in overtime.
