It's n old maxim that employers think of you what they pay you, and they pay you what they think of you. Obviously the guy felt undervalued at Chelsea so decided to move to another employer. Just like you or I would if we were unhappy with the renumeration policies at our employers. Personally I think that United have made a brilliant acquisition here, and it's Chelsea's own fault.
