      We may be underestimating how important Hojbjerg is to our team, worryingly. There are other players who contribute much less that we should be focussing on selling.

      personally feel a PEH departure would be disastrous in the short term. I've heard often how a player we might bring in could show more surrounded by better quality, he'd be exhibit A in many ways. With Bentancur and a half solid defence he thrived in a double pivot any time one wingback at least was up to par. When those fell short defensively or creatively he leaped in the breach as he did dutifully shoring a suspect back line as a primary function. He's been the fire brigade for sloppy passes playing out (if an arsonist at times himself) also among our best aerially in recovery and certainly in work rate. He has certainly bled for the badge, been a main leader, picked up slack all over the pitch all the while being greatly overplayed yet durable and generally consistent. His passing and attacking input are not properly credited as he is inconsistent without time on the ball and his touch can be heavy. I see his leaving revealing how many dikes he had thumbs in, and would not only regret not ever seeing his level with 2 midfield partners and a pair of cb of his quality or above. Agree he could upgraded on, but want to see if his level might be lifted as a "1st team squad player" were he relieved of dragging along liabilities. If he does go let it be January with a replacement (Caqueret/Amrabat) in & Rodrigo back. Final thought is remember it took 3 1/2 years to replace Eriksen, longer to fill rb, and have we even yet found a new Dembele?

      Best news i have heard for a long time. So happy hojbjerg is leaving and if we make money on him either better. Nice guy, tried hard but terrible footballer

      Oof, 86 million instead of nothing next summer. Assuming he doesn't sign next year. Goes for nothing to somewhere in the PL. Hard to turn down 86 million. If it is established that he isn't resiging, it is hard to see the logic of not selling to Bayern now.

      We should offer Kane a one year extension with £95M buyout/renewal obligation clause for 2 further years with wage hike. Win a trophy and finish top 4 nulls the buyout renews thru age 33. Play out 2 seasons surpass Shearer as a Spur leave on a free. Levy lip service repeats, pull the chute to land anywhere he'd rather play if they pay. Could be a £90/105M buyout with the English tax built in; Rice deal baseline to a rival, the likes of Bayern/Real Madrid/PSG/Barcelona an escape if the Postecoglu project cannot convince.

      Pierre has been very good for us. But sometimes his decision making is questionable. Losing the ball or pushed off easily sometimes. And wether its him being told to, but the way he Constantly retreats passing backwards, sidewards, the safe pass, which is why his passing stats are always in the top 6 or so the last few seasons, just annoys the heck out of me. Ange won't tolerate that. If you've seen him manage, and that clip where one of his team are passing backwards. He yells" DO NOT GO BACK, DO NOT GO BACK!" But Pierre, its time for an upgrade,

      i don't want kane to go but one thing i wouldn't miss is the kane leaving story's every single year been going on for like 6/7 years now in the media. but i guess they'd just move on to son then lool

      way too much diplomacy when it comes to players like PEH, this guy needed to go 2 years ago…100 trier and fighter…. but at the end of the day, if you don't deliver OR CAN'T DELIVER, time to go

      I think sell Kane in the Jan transfer window. He will get goals for us to set us up for the tail end of the season, but also will still get a fee because clubs will be trying to jump the gun on if he goes on a free

      So true what you say about HOIBERG He hit his ceiling and I'm sorry just not on attacking player for Ang's system. He passes back way too much. Thought he was going to be our future captain. But don't forget we've got Bent coming back and Maddison is a great leader, also, Samantha Kane must be biting at the bit to be working within the him. Imagine how many goals Janes gonna score with Maddison supply in the crosses and the passes

      35 games 9 goal contributions in a crap spurs team from a defensive mid. Give the guy some credit hate our fan base all just turn onto one guy. Totally undeserved, has had a few poors games last season but the entire team did. Get a grip and wake up.

      Some people are natural leader some aren't it's natural nothing to do with football. Loan out Skipp and then maybe in 2 seasons time Hojberg or someone else will most likely move on.

      Also some of Hojberg long balls over the top have been unreal the past 2 seasons. Should have alot more assists

I know they want a strong championship, but in reality, Tottenham's internal financial conditions, team performance, too many offensive resources, and too little defensive resources. Send Kane and Lloris Bentakur Dyer Hishali Song and recruit a large center back and keeper

      I think with our midfield we need to sell Ndombele, Lo Celso, Winks, White & Hojbjerg. I would loan out Devine, Craig & Nile John then look at 1 more CAM or technical 8. I think bring George Abbott, Rio Kyerematen, Dante Cassanova & Callum Olusesi into the first until Bentancur is 100% fully back. Our next midfielder should be Alex Scott, Eberechi Eze, Luka Sucic, Reo Hatate, Gallagher, Maxence Caqueret, Sancet, Matheus Nunes, Manu Kone.
