Looking at Tottenham’s plans for the summer transfer window to help Ange Postecoglou as pre-season approaches.

  1. Hi Ali I'm worried about the type of players we are looking at. Skill and pace are undoubtedly vital characteristics but I feel we need more warriors/gladiators who really want to win while wearing the shirt. Attitude sometimes compensates for slightly lesser ability. The apathy was very visible last season

  2. Thanks Ali for another informative and interesting video. Im afraid with the way spurs do their transfer business wont help our manager settle in with the players hopefully levy gets the players in early if at all?

  3. Thank you Ali. Great video as usual. I wonder if there is any update regarding sporting director situation. We seems to be getting our ducks in a row nicely. Hope that continues. We need some respite from last seasons mares.

  4. We ARE NOT buying David raya levy is not going to spend over 30 mill for a player this summer I GUARANTEE it y spend a extra 10 mill on a 23yd old player wen u cud spend 20mill for 30yr old and then have to get another keeper 3yrs time for 30mill makes sense? Levy the great businessman the same business man who cud of brought grealish hazard fernades but said no not worth the money yep levy is great businessman coys

  5. He didn't have a good season 2 season ago its just his mistake led to more goals same amount made I will stop now hahaha!!!Romero on his own will n better than other options right going now

  6. If Levy handles..Ange cannot set up team by the end of July…just let Levy buy cost-effective young players n give Ange enough time to set up. That is better. Will lose game all players that Spurs need. LEVY enjoys troubles…

  7. A quick question u where saying that brentford have to come down on valuation of raya we only want to pay 25mill why have spurs moved closer to 40 mill maybe 32 but I don't see us negotiating ,also levy has a history of putting in crap bids no where near wat the club wants they say no and he says look I tried it so obvious it's disrespectful to supporters we r not thick he cud get away with it wen there was no Internet but now we know coys

  8. I BET LENGLET IS OUR MAIN CENTRE BACK SIGNING AND STOP TRYING TO SELL US VICKERS IDEAS FOR LEVY BUY BAGK OUR CAST OFFS FOR DOUBLE HOWS THAT GOOD BUSINESS

  9. Sorry but Hugo, blotted his copy book when he deserted the team at half time in Newcastle, as a captain I thought that was unforgivable.

  10. Based on past performance we always seem to have about 3 or 4 key players injured at any particular time, so we again need to improve the depth in the squad even with fewer matches in the coming season.

  11. Has Levy left yet? No. Then nothing is going to change. I suspect it's going to get worse. Do you remember the club's big song and dance about making money available for transfers last season? Yeah.

  12. Off loading Dier is among the players that would probably fall into the category of too well paid to sell. Plus after the season he and the Tottenham defence have had he'd only maybe looked at by clubs coming up or mid to bottom teams where I'd imagine his wages would probably be halved. Unfortunately letting him go for free is the only option. Expect him to stay. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  13. i like to look at the glass as being half full rather than half empty, but when it comes to Spurs i have absolute zero expectations therefore i am never disappointed but i'll always say COYS and their results will always be the first i look for
Spurs have not 'ship players out' because Levy wants silly money for them, the past has shown that when given a choice Levy will stack a manager rather buy/sell players that the current manage wants. When Levy keeps his nose out of the transfers (just agrees the price) then Spurs can not only buy the players the manager wants, but also get the quality to complete with money bags Man City, Newcastle, Liverpool, Chelsea etc

  14. @Ali, I don't think you should keep apologising for say what you think. We watch you BECAUSE you tend to be super objective and you have inside knowledge 99% of us don't. Don't molly coddle the snowflakes who can't listen to other opinions, you're just giving them energy and the belief that their negative attitudes (not beliefs, that's valid and up to them) have a place in our club's fanbase. ๐Ÿ‘

  15. 93 mins of waffley, droney bullshit as per usual from the man with a voice and personality that can only be described as sedative.

  16. Seems we have a new GK and didn't take till the last day of Transfer window to do it!! only problem , we have no idea who he is.. lol๐Ÿ˜‚ TY as always

  17. Ange Postecoglou has always been a manager that I've admired, and since his appointment at Tottenham, I have been exploring the club's rich history and culture. However, as I delve deeper, I can't help but feel disheartened. It's become apparent that the club is facing struggles, not only at the board level but also due to the toxicity that some fans are displaying on social media channels and YouTube. It's sad to see so many individuals trying to impose themselves on others, arguing over trivial matters and spreading derogatory comments. It's an environment that is rife with negativity and ignorance.

Ange will shake things up, whether you like it or not. He is unconventional and prioritizes results over superficialities such as "statement signings." He isn't concerned with red carpets and big names; his recruitment process is based on his system, and that's that! It may result in some pain, "cheap" signings, and unknown players, but he is committed to building a team that can succeed on the pitch.

Sadly, some Spurs fans seem to be overly focused on big-name signings as a means of demonstrating their strength and competitiveness. I fear that this insecurity may lead to hasty decisions that are not in the club's long-term interest.

It's disheartening to witness the poisonous environment that is bubbling up around a club that Ange has taken such a gamble by joining. He deserves better. Let's rise above the negativity and support him and the team as they work towards their goals. Let's leave the toxicity behind and focus on what's important: success on the pitch.

However, we must not forget that a great club culture is not just about winning on the pitch but also about fostering a positive environment between the fans, players, coaching staff, and the board. We should be proud of our team, have a passion for the club and the game, and work hard together to create a culture of respect and support. Only then can we truly achieve greatness. Let us, therefore, support Ange Postecoglou in his efforts to build a strong, successful team, while also promoting a positive and healthy club culture. With passion and hard work, we can achieve greatness both on and off the pitch.

  18. Dier 4 defensive midfield in 4-1-2-3 , is the position we could only possibly have dier in,without further damage to my nerves…with the right 2 centre backs behind him.
Played best football seen from dier on a constant basis,
Would like to see if our current defense with GK whose decision making and ball at feet skills, will affect our ability to not panic defenders into unforced errors.
Feel we can't see the current players in their true best selves, with the formation, the management philosophy, not playing to strengths of players etc etc.
