As they said, its kinda insane to turn ur back on ur country just bc of a freaking piece of fabric. Technically, it’s more than that, but u understand what I mean. Maybe Tedesco told Courtois that he would be the captain, definitely and totally, but this is YOUR COUNTRY. Maybe they’ll allow him back at camp tho. Anyways have a good day. 😊

I would rather let a Goalkeeper captain the team instead of the striker.
Captaincy was going to begiven to both players but separate games. Afterwards KDB would resume captaining upon his return while Courtois and Lukaku would resume their regular roles as vice captains. It's stunning how the most important details (both getting to become captain and the captainship being temporary) was left out.
Walking away like that only shws that they made the right decision because a learder doesn't need an armband to lead. Instead of consulting the person that made thye choice he decided to throw a tantrum such behaviordoesnt warrant being caption(bruno Fernandes is considered a bad caption because his behavior vs Liverpool when his team lost 7-0 )
