    Manchester City have agreed a £30m deal to sign Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic.

    The fee is understood to be worth an initial £25m guaranteed plus £5m in performance-related add-ons.

      It’s easy to see how the way he plays fit’s with Cities style I think we might see him actually play better under pep.

      Massive deal for Man City. Im a big fan of Kovačić since his Inter Milan days. Pochettino on the other hand is putting his stamp on Chelsea by bringing in younger players.

      I had to stop supporting Chelsea last season and bought an Arsenal shirt around November. I may consider moving back to Chelsea towards the end of next season though, looks very nice!!

      Why would a team want to sell a player the Pep thinks is valuable??? Answer: A team run by an arrogant idiot. Other outgoings are: Kante, Havertz and Mount. Lets just sell all the good players and keep the shitty ones. Is Ted Lasso's season 1 Rebecca Welton actually running the club?

      The difference between United an the rest of the big teams in England when doing deals is amazing. They all try to offload their dead stock to United like they are doing wit Mount. There is a reason he is not wanted by Chelsea an its simple he is overrated an not good.

      Selling to rivals is insane. Kovacic to City, Havertz to Arsenal and Mount to Man Utd. Why not just go one better and sell Reece James to Liverpool 🤦🏻‍♂️

      Wouldn't exactly call this a transformative signing for City, especially given his injury record. He will probably be a bench warmer like Phillips, just an extra body for when the need arises but won't be counted on to make a long-term difference.
