Kane and Rice would make a ton of sense and help them reach another level so that pretty much guarantees it wont happen. They'll overpay for some defender from the Swiss league no ones heard of and pay 60 mil for a third rate striker who only scores 8 goals next season and gets subbed every game.

Of course, they're linked with Manchester United and they played at Old Trafford today, they would both improve the overall quality of the Manchester United team even if both Harry Kane and Declan Rice are unable to join this summer because Man United have pulled out of the race for Harry Kane, they don't wanna negotiate with Tottenham and what will happen with Declan Rice, Manchester United still want him, so do Arsenal. Luke Shaw can make comments about them since he plays with both of them in the England national team, but Man United aren't signing them unfortunately.
