Ilkay Gundogan is likely to leave Manchester City at the end of this month, if they fail to agree a new contract. He's looked likely to leave the club for months but due to his performances towards the back end of this season, Manchester City are doing everything in their power to renew his deal and convince him to stay. After 7 years of trophies and finally won the champions league, he could be interested in a new challenge and if he informs the club that he won't renew his contract, they won't stand in his way if he wants to leave on a free and he himself fancies a move to Barcelona and I wouldn't blame him if he leaves but if he does, he ends his Manchester City on a high winning a treble, and scoring decisive goals.
