      Do not get all the comments on experience, Arteta went from not managing to going arsenal, yeh he was a number 2 but means nufin, look at frank de boer when he come over, won titles as manager in Dutch league, then at palace played 7, lost 7 n no goals scored,

      All you ever hear from ex players and coaches of his, is how highly they rate him, and how much they liked working for him. Gets the best out of all his players as well. If he's backed in the transfer market to bring his own players in, he should do very well.

      It’s one thing needing to get the Fans to buy in but if the players can’t get over themselves and actually listen to instructions then Ange will be no better or worse than previous Managers. My advice to anyone who considers silverware a success is get behind his philosophy, even when results don’t match the performance.

      He has got not pedigree, coaching Brisbane or even Celtic where they get 70% possession shows us nothing, life won't be that easy in Prem. But, he has got the job, he deserves to be judged on results so we will see

      People saying he has to start well due to spurs fans getting on his back of not – no he doesn’t if we see good football and improvement he’ll have time of results don’t go our way straight away – it’s the defensive football with no results and no improvement that’s what caused the toxic atmosphere at some games
