I would 100% take Maddison due to the creativity he has, also if Ben White is not selected then you have to question why

Kalvin Phillips will be called up with 1 premier league minute of football this season and James Maddison won’t be. That’s a crime.
I doubt Maddison is left out. 26 places, with injuries all over the place. Let’s stop running this ‘story’
when he joins Newcastle he will be first name on Englands team sheet

Maddison has shown he has quality and has had unlucky times with getting called up then getting injured, so he hasn't had the chance to prove himself in an England team. He deserves to go, and I really hope Ben White gets a call up hes been one of the standout defenders in the prem this season and can play in a Back 3 or 4 including CB/RB.
Its simple…if Maddison is not called up then its just pure AGENDA
The only reason any person on this earth plays mount ahead of Maddison is because 1) he plays for Chelsea 2) they are his mate
Top players in his position😂 like mason Mount, Maddison is levels above. Other countries would build there whole team around him but negative Southgate would rather take an extra centre back

Gareth Southgate should bring Ivan Toney, Callum Wilson, James Maddison, Fikayo Tomori, Ben Write and right wing-back Justin to Qatar World Cup. Ivan Toney and Callum Wilson can the back-up scorer of Harry Kane, in case Kane gets injury and no one can be the tareget man with back to goal. James Maddison provides the creativity for England's midfielder as No.10 position. Southgate needs a holding midfielder in midfielders. For Tomori and Ben Write, Southgate needs them both if England wants to win the World Cup. The speed and movement of Harry Maguire, Stones and Eric Dier is too slow. Harry Maguire should be paired with Tomori or Ben Write on centre fullbacks. For 3 centre fullbacks formation, Tomori should be on left centre fullback position, Harry Maguire on centre fullback position and Ben Write or Walker on right centre fullback position. Justin can be left wing back or right wing back position. Therefore, Southgate should pick them to Qatar World Cup.
