  1. Gio Reyna isn't leaving Dortmund yet. He's talented and yet there are reasons why he isn't a regular starter for Borussia Dortmund. He looks great when he plays the only problem with him is staying available and that could be a factor why he hasn't been starting games this season and he's at the point where he has to decide whether he should be starting for that team or not but it's down to his fitness, similar thing with Christian Pulisic at Chelsea and why he's been unable to get a run in the team for years and that's because he always gets hurt. Gio Reyna should just display his talent, stay fit and showcase the potential he has and then he could make a big money move in the future. Given what we see with young players at Dortmund like Erling Haaland, Jude Bellingham, Jadon Sancho he can succeed there. The start of next season is crucial for Giovanni Reyna in his career because now it's the time for him to decide if he should be in the starting lineup on a regular basis, he's been in the team for a while and has shown flashes of glimpses and has had injuries and that has played a part in him not holding down a regular spot in the Dortmund lineup and it's a big season for him next year cause he's yet to take that leap and become an important player for club and country. It's time to become a star if not his case could be similar to Christian Pulisic, because he showed glimpses of quality but was never a starter with Borussia Dortmund and then he makes a big money move to Chelsea where it started well for him but in recent years has become another player for them and his stock has fallen off big time and most of it is down to injuries but even when he's been healthy, he's nowhere near the Chelsea starting lineup and when he's had the chance he's been disappointing, hence why it's difficult for managers to give him a run of games and as a result of his performances this season, Chelsea have put him up for sale and could be sold this summer. Gio Reyna needs to deliver at Borussia Dortmund at some point because he's never been first choice there and it's his time to shine very soon.

  2. There weren't any issues with his fitness or character, Dortmund just had 3+ in form forwards for most of the second half of the season. Dortmund's Forwards and attacking midfielders were so in form that Reus wasn't breaking into the starting lineup for the last few weeks

  3. Crazy how US media overrates theses American players. First Pulisic whos ceiling probably is just a team like Dortmund but right now he also wouldn't get a start there. Pulisic should go to Leverkusen or Frankfurt if they need someon in his position. As for Reyna I can't see him stepping up a level right now but he is still very young. Maybe a loan to Hoffenheim could boost his career. Such a loan has worked wonders for Alaba, Gnabry etc. even Reiss Nelson (unfortunately very injury prone). I think there is way too much hype coming out of the US. These players should take a step back and the move forward.

  4. The USA seemed to have a golden generation but all the big talents are about to leave the big clubs. Mckennie, Dest, Pulisic it's sad but it doesn't seem that they are world class

  5. He built up a lot of credibility last season at Dortmund, and he was the only chance Dortmund had of coming back against Mainz. Other players will move this summer, and that opens an opportunity for him to increase his role
