Give Salina at least 180k. Also, I’d argue that Odegaard is more important than Saka.
Starting offer should be £180k then maybe £200k then offer £220k. If not offer a take it or leave it for £250k
Crazy salaries, but I agree with Simon, this has destroyed the entire wage structure at Arsenal. This will make negotiations that much harder with future prospects.

Does it actually matter when you are earning 120k a week. You can afford anything you want bar buying full comapnies
1,200 quid a week (60k) a year is a solid income and puts you in the top 15% of all UK earners, the thought of someone earning 120k a week is unfathomable….imagine being able to buy a new nice car every month, and spend 100k on fun luxiouries, put 100k in savings and still have about 100k left over….
If Rashford & Saka are making that much it’s a huge problem
Sakas base salary is not £300k a week, its closer to £200k. Saliba should be getting £150k a week at minimum. Other clubs will happily pay more. And it would cost Arsenal well over £80M to replace him with similar quality, if you combine transfer and agent fees, plus wages and bonuses.
People here saying Arsenal should not pay that are fucking braindead. Refusing to pay players better wages, is exactly why Arsenal lost most of their best players to Man City after they got bought out by Abu Dhabi.

Give Saliba 225k p/w and an apology for the disrespect he was shown whilst being put onloan, having nobody from Arsenal check-in, attend any of his games, review his progress or keep him informed of the clubs intentions for his future. Meanwhile Rob Holding at Arsenal playing CB in a spineless back 4 with Cedric, Mari "The cheek". People also tend to forget that Salibas from France and would probably prefer to be over there with his family & friends anyway, he owes us nothing. Truth be told is after his performance this season, he could have his pick of clubs in whichever location he desires and Arsenal will end up paying way more than what he's asking for in finding a "like-for-like" replacement of his quality. Just pay the money and don't let any more of our MVP's contracts get into there last year without either getting early re-signings or having a replacement plan in place! Additionally, 125k p/w is way too low when Nketiah is getting 100k p/w and the legend Henry's number just to sit on the bench, they set the base negotiating salary way too high with that one imo.
