Of course it was a superb feeling when Everton got that equaliser in the final moments of added time! It showed our players fought for the cause to the end! And yes, a goal involving 3 centre-backs: Tarkowski, Keane and Mina!
Obviously the injuries to Patterson and Calvert-Lewin affected a lot to our performance. Must hope both of them, along Mykolenko, can play next Sunday in our last game. We need all of them. After that they will have the whole summer to get themselves 100 % fit.
Still I was a bit disappointed in our performance footballing wise. Too many times the passes going loose, and losing possession too cheaply. Our shooting from open play and free-kicks should be better and we have not been dangerous with our set-pieces, not even corners lately. Hope we will have much more quality in these aspects and in our overall play next Sunday.
Dyche: the alternative for DCL really should be Simms. He brings the same qualities to our attack which we desperately need!!!!
Have a good training week and hopefully getting our full-backs and centre-forward back for next Sunday's crunch game!
