Get Thiago first. After that we can talk about other players.
I like Sarr . He danced around our defence and made them look stupid. Pace to burn. I think it may happen. Remember the transfer window closes in October this year. In a way we need him more then Thiago as James Peirce said in his comments about a winger or versatile forward. Who knows, Im getting a negative vibe off of FSG that they are not being smart but actually being cheap.
I'll be happy if we get Thiago and Sarr in because they are what we need plus it would remove the growing doubt I'm getting about the club spending money.
If we want to rely on statistics then Wilson is better, why sell him for 20m and buy Sarr for 40? If we want to sell someone to buy Sarr in my opinion it should be shaqiri, he's a great player but he's useless to us from the hospital and we could cash out at least 30m if we sell him. Sarr's versatility, Height and Pace is the only reason I rate him but 40m is much

I don't think we would buy anyone who could get called up for The African Cup of Nations. Yes it has been moved but who is going to be cover when they go? I'm excited at the thought of who we will sign before this first transfer windows shuts.

love Sarr, lots of diversity and his age fits nicely to start grooming for full time replacement for any of the forwards whether injury or other in this compressed season. I am not convinced anyone we have could offer full time quality and a replacement for the production we get now. Watch for Curtis who it seems could play anywhere on the pitch!
