I don’t see a problem with any of it. The ref should have got involved way earlier in the game and a lot of the problems would have been solved. Newcastle definitely had a physical gameplan that stepped over the line at times but this is the Premier League.

If there's a time-wasting problem (which IMO there is) it's on the refs to fix it, so I don't really have a problem with Newcastle. That said, Eddie Howe complaining about how short the ball was in play was hilarious. He's set up his team to be the worst offenders on that front, pretty weird to complain about it too.
I've got a huge gripe regarding players surrounding referee's and trying to influence decisions, am I mistaken in thinking there had been a rule introduced regarding no more than two players allowed to " bully " them after a decision or yellow cards will be shown ?? I think it will affect the " big 6 " clubs hugely as the lesser teams tend to not overly aggressively complain / question most decisions. Let me know your thoughts please 🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀
