  1. We would like to wish Valerien and his staff all the best for the future!
A new head coach will be announced in due course.

  2. This must be a game at this point. 🤔 how many " Head Coaches" can we hire/fire in a single season….

It'll be the only record we'll be breaking next season! I hate dumping on our club doesn't this just scream that the ownership has just either, given up or are all out of ideas!

Sorry but we've had enough now.

  3. Really depends how many players are leaving, probably most of the over 30’s, plus the loan players headed back to their own clubs, so a fresh input of new faces would change the toxic dressing room atmosphere to be more positive ( hopefully) !!!!

  4. Good luck Valerien.

Although we are stick of this merry go round, i still wish you all the best and good luck for the season. Give them boys a big kick up the backside!

  5. Good luck Valerien. I like the focus on hard work and work ethic. Time to be optimistic and look forward with the hope that Ben can work with Valerien (both with experience in German football) and re-shape the squad for a much better approach in season 2023/24 COYH

  6. I like the way he conducts himself.

Hopefully they keep him because his style of play & general antics is good for a club like Watford – ambition to get out of the Championship & staying in the Premier League. Then if we stay in the Premier League, we need a cup run & hopefully make the final.
Then if Valérien Ismaël has the gravitas & hunger, we could win a major trophy.

Good luck gaffer, use the training ground to get some coaching in the players' legs.🤞

  7. Gino Pozzo – if you can stoop low enough to allow yourself to read this then heed this advice – the majority aren't overawed at this appointment but as a fair crowd we'll back him until it goes tits up. To play his style he needs a certain type of player – back him with the correct ones or all of this is a complete waste of time and you'll be paying him off by November at the latest. And if you're not sure exactly what players he needs, here's a clue – it's nobody whatsoever that is in anyway connected to Mogi fecking Bayat. Over to you.
