Aaron's the perfect example of a late bloomer. He wasn't even on the US radar until 25 but he' been absolute rock for us at the NY Red Bulls in the back line for a couple years now. No doubt he has aspirations to play in Europe within a year or so. I think he's the future full captain for the US pretty soon if its not Pulisic.
