The rivalry is more about Lebron vs GSW rather than Lebron vs Steph. Arguably, during two of those finals meetings it was more about Lebron vs Durant rather than Lebron vs Steph.

If Steph's 2 are disqualified for getting KD AFTER he already had a ring then Lebron's 2 with Miami and 1 with the Lakers are also disqualified. Steph didn't have to go learn how to be a leader and a winner. He was the culture changer. Lebron had to go learn how to lead, learn how to win, and joined a super team doing so. And then got a top 5 player in the league to get the one with the lakers. So play fair here.

Skip is right, but Steph and LeBron have two completely different roles on their team. It’s 100% the best rivalry but it’s not like a LeBron/Kawhi or a LeBron/PG-13 because they’re of similar size and stature.

It's such a great rivalry that it's never really been mentioned by your average analyst. Especially this show has always talked about KD vs. LeBron being the ultimate modern rivalry, they never talk about this one.
Only thing that would make this matchup better is Kyrie on the lakers. My favorite finals of all time was then Kyrie and Steph would matchup, they would really put on a show back in those days. I can only imagine what they would be like now

I have lived through the Jordan generation and now the LeBron generation. My conclusion watching Jordans career is that LeBron is the better overall player on both sides of the ball than Michael Jordan.

He doesn't dunk, turns the ball over, can't slow down or contest fast breaks (transition defense), isn't dominant defensively (especially one-on-one), never guards the top scorer on any matchup, and runs behind screens.
If KD never went to the Warriors, Steph would only have two rings.
If KD stayed with GSW, he'd win every MVP.
If KD stayed with GSW, he'd be in the top 5 convos, not Steph.

The only reason people are polite to Steph, is because of his INCREDIBLE fanbase.
