There is no consistency at all. The refereeing of VAR is a joke, not VAR.
We can officially confirm that he was offside from lines being correctly drawn. Embarrassing decision from the referee/VAR

VAR decisions should be clear cut, some of these decisions are very marginal, when it's millimeters it should be overlooked.
