Nicolas Sarkozy begged the Qatar emir to invest in his beloved Paris and promised to help back their bid with his political influence. Well Messi is leaving on a free so PSG wont get anything from there, Neymar is untouchable with that salary and Mbabbe is staying who also has insane wages. So I dont know where PSG are going to "make" money. Messi leaving is going to take a toll on jersey sells and sponsors that Messi will take with him once he leaves.
