Pep is absolutely right! Whatever he said about "hectic schedules", tiredness, rest, nutrition, etc…. he's been there, done that at the TOP level.
If you want to fight on 3 or 4 fronts, it is what it is….especially at the later stages of the competitions.
Sometimes, many of these managers and Pro footballers are real snowflakes…. complaining about "hectic schedules" having to play 2 matches a week or 3 games in 8 days or whatever….
Go take a look at the Pro cyclists schedules, especially when competing at the "Classics" races! 21 stages within 3 weeks!!
Each stage is like cycling 100+km to 200+km at average speeds of around 40kph. And OFTEN up MOUNTAINS!
And the NEXT DAY do it all over again!!
