Chelsea chuck around millions on players in positions they don't need like they're only spending pennies.

As a Chelsea fan I don't understand this whatsoever.
He looks a good player but he isn't what we need right now. We need and out and out goalscorer and character who can come up with a moment of magic in a game to win it. Like Drogba, Lampard, Hazard or Costa did. I don't think anyone in this team is capable of that.
We're badly lacking up top and can't kill games. We had several opportunities to wrap that game up today.

Gordon moving to Chelsea will stifle his development…look at Conor Gallagher. Hes gone from playing week in week out to 5 -10 minute sub appearances. Gordon needs to keep improving and he will do playing week in week out at Everton. His move will come but hes still a bit raw despite the potential.
I’m a Liverpool fan and I think if Chelsea sign him I’d be very jealous .. Gordon is the future of the premier league .. he’s a great great talent and £40mill would be cheap in the future.

This just goes to show how insane the football world is,Gordon for 40 million? my God l am an evertonian and would snatch their stupid hand off for 20 mil never mind 40,this lad is bang average with NO end product at all,no goals also,yes he runs around a lot but runs out of gas around the 70 min mark,l couldn't care less about he is a fellow scouser as the lad does not produce enough as one of our forward players.l really like the lad but we could get two better players in than him who score goals for that money,take the money everton dont mess this up as it's a great opportunity for us,souness got it spot on and he was a great footballer, carragher did not and he wasn't a great footballer.
