The way you see Chelsea players just walking around on the field instead of jogging/sprinting, just shows the lack of leadership on the field. Other teams press us and outrun us every game, it’s shameful
What impact from Felix are you talking about? An impact without goals. An impact moving to relegation battle. Men sh..t!
We need to get someone in and dont tell anyone, let Lampard do his job until the season ends and give the manager freedom to decide and plan things out, this would be perfect.

I believe that Enzo can be a leader. The way he shouts and yells how to play to players on the pitch, you dont see from anyone else. If he was around a younger squad he would be massive in terms of leadership. We cant forget we have brazil youth team captain coming in Andrey. If we sell our old guard like azpi, auba, kova etc. We will be much stronger in terms of mentality and we still have experienced players, Kante, Silva
Yes true Aspi is not a proper leader, i do remember when Kepa refuse to come out when He was being substituted by Murisio Sarri…. Aspi was there He didn't say any word He was having more time to go and talk with Kepa coz the game stop for some minutes so if the Leader was Garry Cahill definitely He could take action by telling Kepa to get out of the pitch.
When you talk about proper leaders, I remember what Michael Ballack and Didier Drogba did in that game against Barcelona at the Bridge when the referee refuse to judge a penalty, those 2 players the way they fight for the Team you could see that there was a big element of leadership to those 2 Guys even Drogba got suspended

Younesh, we do not lack leadership; we just had a useless manager who could not lead the team. Forget Azpi; we thiago (Captain of Brazil), Koulibaly (Captain of Senegal), Auba (Captain of Gabon). Arsenal has shown it; they have none of these but have excellent tactical direction and a leader Manager.
We need a proper Manager to give these talented boys tactical direction.

If we sign Felix perm it just screams we don't have a fucking club what we are doing, I'm sorry this guy is NOT worth 100m it's crazy, look he has all the looks and aesthetics but he hasn't clicked at Chelsea, he hasn't scored or assisted enough, his chance creation is also poor. This is all while he has this "FREE ROLE" at Chelsea to do whatever he wants on the pitch, he's 24 and no manager has a clue what's his best position and then you also have Kai Havertz another player with the same profile being utter useless as a striker that we have had our WORST goal scoring premier league campaign ever. We cannot sign Felix the money doesn't make sense and it will would ruin us because we still need a GK/DM/STRIKER. The striker who can ACTUALLY score goals should be costing 100m not Joao Felix. rant over smh.
