Neymar’s future is looking increasingly further away from Paris. According to the latest reports from RMC Sport,
the Brazilian is considering leaving PSG following recent comments made by club president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi in an interview with Le Parisien,
in which he stated that he only wants players who are totally dedicated to the club’s project.
Neymar signed for PSG in 2017 as one of the top players on the planet. But he has been fading over the past couple of seasons – as his performance figures show.
He is under contract for another three seasons, but that agreement includes a clause which will be effective from 1 July, automatically renewing his contract until 2027.
Finding an outlet for Neymar will be complicated not only for the terms of his contract but also for the salary he earns – exorbitant wages which very few European clubs can afford.
