It's sad that his father feels that way although I understand he wants to see his son play and shine but right now ansu is struggling with that final touch and instead of pressuring him to leave he should respect ansu wishes and motivate him.
As much as I dont want him in the starting line up I think his father has some valid point, I believe you exaggerated too much in this video.
There are moments like this when the team dynamic means a player has to step back. It's not just Ansu that's coming back from a tough time: the whole club is recovering from one of the biggest challenges in its history and right now Gavi up front brings more for the team.
Bori's argument that because it took a long time for Vinicius to adapt, Ansu should be given more playing time (with no goals and no assists to his name in his last six starts) makes no sense for a club badly in need of silverware.

The same water that hardens an egg, softens a potato it all depends on what you are made of. If that was my father I'd probably turn up proving to him Barcelona is my home… And kinda make the club aware of he displeasure and his son's stance. To tell the truth I miss seeing Ansu; he definitely needs more minutes.
Remember we should never take into consideration the things other people say whether they are relatives friends or whatever. We know ansu wants to stay and loves the club so that's the only thing we should care about.

I think Bori Fati has all reason to be mad here and frustrated aswell it doesn't make any sense to me either why not use him more then less he won't improve to use him less in big games and the same when he doesn't start at all Gavi are supposed to play in midfield position why does even Xavi use Gavi where Fati are supposed to play in left wing position not from the bench and replaced by Gavi that doesn't even score goals for our club in that same position whats the point then.🤔🤨
Xavi should Start with Fati in Elche match.
He is talented but he needs to Concentrate on Assists, dribbling, Passing more than trying for goals.

To be honest Ansu hasn't been given enough time to stake his claim. Imagine if he's the one that's got all the playing time Dembele or raphina have got this season. He would have impressed. I understand his father's frustration. I think we've all gotten used to seeing the boy make an impact in very limited playing time and we expect him to continue that way. He deserves time like others who are getting their form back. Watch his game closely, you'll see that he's had lots of near-goal situations, forcing keepers to produce top class saves.
Ansu is a young talented player, but he is not performing for a long time.
Selling him is an option. If we get e good deal, why not.
The player we can not sell is Pedri, Balde, Gavi, Araujo, Counde, and De Jong. The rest, depends on the price.
I would have done the same thing. A few years ago, Ansu was a hero, but now he has become an unwanted player.

A player is the trust bestowed upon him by the coach. And from all indications xaxi doesn't trust the kid. If he should play gavi in his place then that's enough proof. Before Xavi's arrived dembele had fallen below Fati in the pecking order but with the trust xavi has given him he's become one of the best players of the team. If Xavi cannot trust Fati enough then he should leave. His father is not wrong. Fati might be 20 yrs old but he can't make decisions better than his father. If Barcelona should let Fati leave then they will forever regret it and to say that Gavi and Ferran tores are better than Fati on the left wing is total nonsense. Everyone knows what Fati can do and what he has done. Like his father said, out of a sudden he has not forgotten how to play football.

I think he is right, I don't know what you are talking about. Since Ansu came back from injury he lost his spark and he also lost playing time. The only thing that can make him get back to shape is playing time. So his father is right.
He is a goal machine. I think he is a clutch player and is a successor of messi at barca. For barca he is very young & he is a lamasia player. So there is no need of money to be spend again for others.
I completely understand how Ansu’s father feels but something we don’t need to let our emotions get the better part of us. Fati is a great player and he definitely has a lot of talent. We just need to be patient with him and I’m praying and hoping the club don’t sell/loan him this summer. I believe he will get back his form soon.

I'll do the same thing if I was Ansu's father, i feel Barca is looking at the option of selling fati, and that's causing him his minutes, it's the same thing that happened with Frankie, I wonder how Barca's season would have ended up if we sold Frankie, Ansu is very important in our frontline, we can all see how the absence of Pedri and dembele is hurting our attack, Ansu would have been a remedy, but Xavi prefers to use gavi in other to control the game in midfield, this formation won't work outside Spain unfortunately…it's honestly sad how Ansu's is being treated at Barca in my opinion

There's no reason to not rotate our frontline frequently, given its our weakest part of the team ATM, Ansu not playing to me is honestly a way to see if Barcelona can survive without him.. leaving the option to sell…

Ansu Fati has had some terrible knee injuries. I hope'd the club would take the time to let him recover.

I used to coach soccer. This is the typical parent who tries to run his child's life. I have seen tons of daddies like this. Their son represent someone they wanted to be, but could never become. For whatever reason.
Personally, I wanted to see Ansu complete a season without being injured. That's all. How many games he played/start were irrelevant for me. I'm certain that 12 months without an injury will do his confidence miracles. That should be the only goal. Everything else is gravy.
Ansu proved himself back in 2019/2020 very well, but the injury hurt him a lot. Hope he can prove himself once again cause he was very good.
