    Romelu Lukaku to return to Chelsea at end of season | Does he have a future at Stamford Bridge?

    Romelu Lukaku will return to Chelsea at the end of the season, regardless of how the final months of his Inter Milan loan play out, according to Beppe Marotta, the Italian club’s chief executive.

    Lukaku returned to San Siro last summer on a season-long loan, just a year after joining Chelsea from Inter for a club-record fee.

    The striker struggled at Stamford Bridge and has continued to underwhelm back in Italy, scoring just five goals and being limited by injury to only 18 appearances.

      Sell him and recoup some of that £90m we paid for him, plus the wages we are paying him every week to play for Inter.
      The bloke disrespected the club and the fans. He doesn’t want to play for us. He loves Inter, but they don’t love him enough to cough up the cash!
      I wouldn’t expect Chelsea fans to be buying shirts with his name on, that’s for sure!
      Lukaku always looks overweight and slow. He could have been the next Drogba, but his attitude is terrible

      He could work for potter as he was a beast with West Brom and when he worked under a world class manager it never worked out so could be a u turn on lukaku’s career you never know

      Pandits need to stop this comparison between Mikel Arteta and Graham Potter. Even though Mikel Arteta's season wasn't as good last season, Arsenal weren't sitting in 10th.

      Inter saying he’s going back is because they can’t afford him. If Chelsea dropped the price to £30m they’d be all in. Just trying to drive the bargain, standard procedure

      Chelsea are going to have huge problems trying to sell him for anywhere near what they paid for him, that is providing they can get rid of him at all for a price, given that £250k a week basic wage.

      We was used as a debt collection they needed money they knew we needed a ST. They used our money to pump money back in to their club why does one see this. The whole thing was a set up……… it was nothing to do witha transfer at all. Inter and lukaku knew wat they was doing. If that wasnt the case why was he cry back for inter…………
