Richarlison was obviously upset and really said it all to the brazilian reporter Fred Caldeira. It alone could explain why he was so honest (and careless?) in front of the cameras.
As a Spurs fan, I'm really mad at Conte for being so stubborn – not about starting squad, but about play-style. There's not enough passing in the midfield, the offensive players are all far from each other. It's about time to try to switch things up, probably playing with 2 strikers, getting Perisic out (he's been nullifiyng Son's game), or even maybe giving it a try for Son or Danjuma to play a little bit more in the midfield… I don't know.
The only thing that's more likely to happen is Conte being out for the next season.
Watch as Spurs wins 2 games in a row just to lose the next 3 and so on.

He's a damme average player and will remain an average player. His attitude will cost him; he should see Mario Baloteli and joy Barton. Lack of discipline and been rude can ruin your career, no matter how good you think you are or people may see you; it doesnt give you the audacity to talk to the manager like you both are on the same level. Your manager is your manager give him the respect. He's not the only player that have sat on the bench. Lucas mura is a very quality player and has been benched more than he Richardlison, and not a single day Lucus talk in such manner. He's not given the manager any reasons to make him a starter, he should see his fellow country man Gabriel Martineli at arsenal; the boy pushed Arteta to give him starting role and eventually won his place in the team. Arteta use to bench Martineli for Pepe last season beginning and bring the boy in like 10mins or 15mins, and every time he brings on the boy for that time he will make a difference just with those few minutes. The fans saw his impact always coming in less time but giving so much energy and results, they hit on Arteta hard to give the boy more time and he did. Now see how good the boy has become and doing so much more for the club. Richardlson should work harder if he wants to start instead talking bull-shit to his manager.

in my opinion, this conversation needs to be made IN HOUSE, blowing it up to reporters and having your coach see this on YouTube later isn't the right move. Yes he's young but he's an adult, in any profession you would have a conversation with your boss about your performance and why you deserve more X (minutes in this case). Now this will not bode well to his reputation, it will serve as a stain on his resume that people can always bring up.
