  2. you must understand his role, he is meant to play as a forward defender / pressing. That will enable the other players to profit from it. Look at the scroes before and after we loaned him.

  3. Say what you want about his goal statistics but his contribution to the team is something I've longed since Rooney left. He's a forward who actually puts energy in closing down the opposition defence and midfielders and is doing it brilliantly clean. In that part of the game he's even better than Rooney. Otherwise comparing him to Rooney makes no sense as Rooney is a club legend and my favorite player of all time. Wout is bout to score more goals no doubt but I feel he's precious even if he doesn't reach 10 goals a season. Hope United signs him after the loan.

  4. Weghorst is the classic example of why summarizing a players ability on his goalscoring record alone is braindead. He offers so much to the team and is criminally underappreciated. His workrate and attitude is second to none and I'm so happy for him that he got his first goal at Old Trafford. You could see how much that meant to him.
I'm tired of seeing people talking about Weghorst in a patronizing way and making fun of his finishing. He is the embodiment of teamplay, which is why his teammates love playing with him.
Let us get behind Weghorst and support him, as much as he supports his team.

  5. Oof just by seeing this he did had some good 100% chances that he missed. Some were decent saves or just got tampered by the defense but that attempt he shot high in the air should have been a goal.

At least he scored a goal which he deserves

  6. I was watching the game but I couldn't enjoy and feel proud like the other times I don't think I am going to feel the same way about my team after the humiliation omg that sad 😕

  7. The amount of times he sticks his leg in and wins back possession, high up the pitch, is nuts.
He's a great fit for the team, even if he isn't scoring loads of goals.

  8. Love this man. Definition of a work horse. he may not be the fastest, or smooth with the ball, but he’s gonna put his heart into it every minute of the game that’s for sure. He’s the energy this team needs

  9. In this game he played better. But against Liverpool and others he was wasteful. Let's face it. His goal accuracy is poor. He needs a bench or two to watch how others are playing and improve. The bad thing about him is that he was introduced as first eleven and not as a sub

  10. make me think about John O'shea in the past. He looks like not good enough to play for ManUnited but was always useful in Sir Alex's tactics.

  11. I love how he, just after scoring, is celebrating 'his' party for himself and for the fans. Then as he turns around towards the pitch sliding, he shows instant humility towards his teammates and the club as his heads comes down and the shoulders lean back and he's like 'hope you guys like it'.

  12. Big up 4 wout.. 4 me u r a true legend..someone who really care 4 ze badge, the club and dedicated to ze fans.. just love u wout..u r insane..ggmu
