Maybe play Van Dijk only in the big games, clearly against teams like Bournemouth he cant be bothered to run a couple yards more and make a tackle like the goal that Bournemouth scored were he just stopped running

If I was going on his performances this season i would get rid of him but then if I would have to get rid of the whole team. VVD has been shocking this season he plays like he can't be bothered any more.
I would sell him along with Matip and Gomez, I think we can still get 50-60 million for Virgil, a year or two that will go down to 30 million. I think in this league you need pace especially when you're an Aura defender, he can go to a league where you don't need pace and he will go back to the levels he was, so if before anyone's says no club in the world would pay 50-60 million for a 31 year old, there will be.
I wouldn't sell him in the summer but maybe in a year or 2

Even in his worst season he’s still looking dominant. Next season I’m sure he’ll be back to his best coz Atleast he’ll have proper rest and recovery time coz he looks sluggish and stiff at times. But with Virgil our defence looks at its best coz he’s probably the only player in the world that can help maintain a high line coz he knows what to do with the ball and is very calm. I wouldn’t mind signing Gvardiol but only if he partners up with Virgil because Virgil can be that balance in the back if you understand what I mean. Konate looks lost with matip coz matip can’t cover for him. That’s why matip and konate play so good when Virgil is with them.
