With the right manager Lukaku would excel with the creative players Chelsea have. He is often played wrong under Tuchel but after returning to Inter he just got back from injury scored recently so going back to Chelsea long-term let's see but ideally Chelsea need to get a better quality manager that knows how to win at elite level with elite quality players. A master tactician
