Liverpool have been sussed out, its that simple. Not the age of the midfield. Like Danny said, teams know how to spread that midfield and play through them. Taa is too busy day dreaming and teams know this. Gomez is a massive weakness in that defence also, he's a shocking player. Championship level at best.
Trent is not a good player exposed year on year … how is he even a footballer..
When Sadio Mane was sold it was a huge psychological blow to the rest of the players. They looked around the dressing room and saw they were weaker, even after buying a few players. Subconsciously they knew it was over for that team, they weren't going to reach their former heights. A re-build was needed, and they can be painful, precarious and exhausting. I think Klopps staying out of duty, loyalty. He needs a long rest away from football. The energy and enthusiasm has gone.
Joe Gomez was worse than TAA. Another worry though, was the amount of times Fabinho gave the ball away.

I think if they played 3 at the back they would be fine, it's just the space they leave behind for counters that's the problem.

Couple of things. People need to go through Liverpool’s first team AND the squad players. If any of these players don’t make their same position on Man City, Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea and Spurs, (top 5) they shouldn’t be playing for Liverpool.
Also the likes of TAA and Jones are born and bred scousers, they are idolized in Liverpool and it wouldn’t go down well if Klopp moved them on, and he knows this. Emotion should not be part of business. YNWA.

Madrid lost 4-0 at home to Barca last season … Madrid lost 3-0 at home to Bayern a few years back .. good teams bounce back. Though there are guys making the same mistakes every time they're in the team. In and around the box … you can't give Vini or Karim any room at all – none. Proper defenders fully get it.
