Palace's manager Patrick Vieira said he was 'troubled' that he was the only black manager in the premiership. Ironically, his own team shows no diversity at all. – I think we'd hear about it if any premiership team fielded 10 white players, no? But apparently it's fine if the entire outfield of Palace's team sports 10 black players Why is no-one mentioning this? Why does diversity only work one way?
