Some of the things this pundits say is incredible,apparently playing alot of games makes you out of form when literally other top teams play more or the same amount of games and during the off-season work on their bodies and games to come back again…outside of James Milner who's old and has played alot of football overall and is already a squad player nobody in that team should be any worse than they were last season unless the weren't that good to begin with individually…the sum of their parts was stronger.

I think it was a huge error to give him a new contract (otherwise he would have been a free agent this summer).
