Rafa benitez is when he said that his partnership with bruyne it’s similar years ago when gerrard was one of the players in world torres was easily the best striker in the world for a period , the similarities are when as soon de bruyne gets the ball a few meters ahead of the midfield Haaland already makes his run most the time behind the defenders and finishing almost every chance gets , gerrard and torres had the same gameplan together, gerrard feeding torres from any part part of the pitch (most long ball through the middle) and torres with his pace ( he was so fast )running behind the defenders getting the ball and finishing from anywhere , de bruyne snd haaland have one huge advantage tough, the city squad is fantastic, full of great players and so they will definitely win titles and score more goals , Liverpool had a word class first team , not a full with fantastic squad as city does , rafa knows football and i agree with him,. The similarities are definitely there
