“Piksi” Dragan Stojkovic is considered one of the best players in the history of Former Yugoslavia and Serbian football.

He is one of the best playmaker in all history of football.

In my opinion, Piksi’s feint is a most valuable work in the field of art and culture of Yugoslavia.
The beauty of Piksi’s feint is worth more than most movies of Yugoslavia if it says more.

I had respect for Piksi.
Because he was the rare player having the strong sense of responsibility.
This ability is very important. He was a regista and was an attacker.
He was the player who can do quick play without slowing down at the same time with the ability to protect a ball tightly, not to lose a ball excessively.

  1. as piksi played in europe it was only allowed to play 2 foreign players…later then 3 players till the bosman judge..also but its just my opinion…many ex-players form red star had problems with injuries…especially the knee…..but no doubt

PIKSI 1 OF ALL TIME PLAYMAKERS

    MY IDOL

  2. Red Star fans know him in all his fame. I mean at his last seasons in Red Star there was a stage when we almost could read his mind and knew his next move just by looking at him, or knew what he could do in some moment but wouldn't because he simply chose not to do it
He was the best player ever, could do apsolutelly anything, even score olimpic goals
And then there was a time of injury and doctors sad he probably would't walk again, and, boy, did he walk
    Pure magic

I zaradio Tapi-led zbog toga.
I svi znamo da on to nikad neće reći, ali gledali smo ga godinama i znali kako diše.

  6. @dragannov In those days Red Star was big club. 1991. red Star was european champion. Piksi scored goal against Milan in Italy.Few years before that Red Star won against Real Madrid 4:1.

  7. Mate, Beckham is an excellent player, but Piksi in his prime was better beyond comparison. Equally brilliant right foot (seriously, check out Piksi videos), but exceeding Becks by far in other football skills. I heard they called him "the third number 10 of the 80's", standing right next to Maradona and Matthaus.

  8. Way better than Matthaus. Maradona is like Messi, Piksi played closer to the center. Never saw a player with a better understanding of the game, able to change rhythm in a heartbeat, best long pass ever. He is in the top 5 players ever. Never watched Pele but only player that can match Piksi in terms of pure brilliance is Ronaldo, Luis Nazario.

  9. He wasn't one of the bests. He is the best football player of all times. When he performed even when he played for Nagoya Granpus. He litterary destroys players as Gullit, van Basten, Maradona, Bebeto, Richkard, Ronaldo, Clinsmann, Völler, Carlos, Mathäus and many mores. We can see it on those tribute videos. Show me one other player in history that has a so strong concurrens and gets reed of it like theyr beginners. For logics when your better than all number ones what can you be other than the ultimate number one.

  12. Come on guys! Dragan Stojkovic was a great player and to me one of the best players of all times but nobody can come close to Diego Maradona. And you should bear in mind the fact that the Yugoslavian national team back then had some serious players alongside him such as Dejan Savicevic, Najdoski, Mihajlovic, Prosinecki, Darko Pancev and so many other great talents.
