Andre is a player many are expecting to leave Wolves this summer after the club’s relegation – and word of a potential price range has arrived this evening.
With Wanderers dropping into the second tier, a rebuild is inevitable.
And Andre is someone who most feel will be one of the first to go, along with Joao Gomes.
Is £40m a fair price for Wolves midfielder Joao Gomes this summer? 🤔
The club have reportedly set their asking price for the Brazilian, who cost just £15m in January 2023…

The Brazilian pair are perhaps a level above the rest in terms of quality, and realistically neither will be sticking around for next season.
For Wolves, it’s now about trying to sell them for the highest possible price.
It was reported earlier this week that Gomes has an asking price of £40 million, with Atletico Madrid currently in negotiations over the former Flamengo man.
And now, a report has suggested Andre’s potential selling range.
How much Wolves could sell Andre for

According to Brazilian publication Mix Vale, Wolves have set a price tag on Andre – and it’s actually a range.
They say that Wolves could seek ‘opening conversations’ for amounts ranging between €30 million and €40 million.
This equates to a range of £26 million to £34.6 million.
Andre was signed by Wolves from Fluminense for a fee of about £21 million.
Should any of these NOT be on this list? And are there any who aren’t there who SHOULD be on? 🤔
The Athletic have claimed Wolves would like these nine players to stay after relegation…

So they are looking to make a profit on him – but currently it’s not clear how big that profit will end up being.
The publication say that Italian giants Juventus are currently the player’s most likely destination.
They are said to have already carried out ‘concrete surveys’ on the Brazilian. This comes as no real surprise, with Andre having been linked with Juventus last summer.
It’s also claimed there is interest from the Premier League and Turkey. Galatasaray were credited with an interest in Andre around last Christmas.
Wolves must try to sell Andre for top of their price range
It makes sense that Andre is valued below Joao Gomes, but Wolves ideally need to be selling towards the top end of that reported price range.
On his day he is a supreme footballer capable of dominating football matches.

Dave Edwards once called Andre one of the best sixes in the Premier League, and while he hasn’t had the best of seasons in 2025/26, the Brazilian remains a quality player.
Assuming Gomes was sold for the price that’s been reported, it could be that the Brazilians bring in a combined £70 million plus.
They’re arguably worth more than that, but it wouldn’t be bad going after a relegation.
