Jarrod Bowen has already engulfed himself in West Ham United folklore with that winning goal in the UEFA Conference League final, but he could yet make more history.
Bowen has been a sensational asset to the Hammers, and if they are to stay up this season, he will have no doubt played a crucial role.
Over the weekend, the English international popped up with two assists to provide his season with a much-needed three points.
With Tottenham and Nottingham Forest also winning that weekend, the win ultimately meant even more.
However, after those two assists in West Ham’s game against Everton, he could now move one step closer to history versus Brentford.

How Jarrod Bowen could make more West Ham history this season
Bowen is leading West Ham’s charts by quite some distance in terms of goal contributions this season. The English winger has a total of 18 goals and assists.
Next highest among Nuno Espirito Santo’s ranks is Callum Wilson with a total of seven so far. Considering the striker has played a limited role, the onus has ultimately lied on Bowen, who has stepped up to the plate.

However, he could now be set to make history at London Stadium and become the first Hammers star to achieve 50 assists in the top flight.
As it stands, Bowen is currently on 48, meaning he has potentially just four games left this season to obtain that total.
Of course, if the Irons go down, the winger will be unable to finally hit that total next season, with Bowen also linked away from West Ham.

When it comes to this weekend’s matchup against Brentford, Bowen may be better in line to score against the Bees.
In nine Premier League appearances against the London side, Bowen has managed to net five goals.
In fact, throughout his history of facing the TW8 outfit, he has yet to register a single assist. As the season comes to an end, he may be looking to change that, but his focus will certainly be on getting a win.
Whether that is supplying the goals or scoring them himself, Bowen will not mind in which way he helps his side.
With four games to go, West Ham and Bowen will hope they can do enough to keep their top flight status alive.
